Our Engineers are not only trained in the installation of both air (ASHP) and ground (GSHP) source heat pumps, but are also able to come out and provide servicing and repairs to your systems – regardless of whether we fitted them in the first place. We have extensive experience working with a range of manufacturers, and with many continuing to join this fast growing marketplace, we keep our engineers fully abreast of the latest technologies. LCX utilise our in house training centre, fully equipped with working heat pumps. This allows us to create real time fault finding and training in a live environment.
Maintaining your energy efficient heating system, and keeping it in tip top condition, is the most sensible approach when investing in this type of renewable technology. We usually recommend a yearly service for your heat pumps, this can improve efficiency, comfort, and running costs. Luckily, these systems don’t often go wrong thanks to the lack of moving parts – but they still benefit from checks to avoid future problems! To maximise the lifespan of your system, the filters will also need a good clean or replacement by our engineers to ensure they continue working at maximum efficiency, keeping your bills low.
