Aster Property Solar PV Maintenance
Aster Property provides property maintenance and management services for 26,000 homes. With a growing number of renewable assets installed across their housing stock, they appointed LCX in 2013 to provide a repairs and maintenance package to maintain the Solar PV/thermal systems. The contract covers the servicing, repairs and maintenance of nearly 1,000 renewable systems, across Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire.

Contract Specifics
Our engineers carried out all necessary servicing inspections, testing and fault diagnostics. The client was provided with service sheets and a record of all service visits. We provided the periodic verification of existing installations and a periodic verification report which included a list of any faults and recommendations for repairs or improvements (such as upgrading a system to meet current standards).
