What the Client Wanted

The Guinness Partnership sought out a capable and proficient contractor to replace old LPG oil boilers with air source heat pumps. Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of these new measures, to improve the long term comfort of their residents. Due to the elements involved, it was essential to procure an appropriately qualified contractor to ensure works were carried out safely. This contract covered their housing portfolio located within the South West of England. With an end goal of fortifying the sustainability and performance of their properties, aligning their actions with a commitment to modern and eco-friendly heating solutions.

How we Helped

In order to successfully meet the objectives outlined in the contract, we formulated a comprehensive plan encompassing every facet of the project’s various phases. This blueprint was approved by The Guinness Partnership prior to the project’s initiation.
