Echelon Greener Futures Partnership

In April 2023 we successfully secured a coveted spot on the Pretium & Greener Futures Partnership (GFP) Framework for Delivery of Housing Retrofit & Decarbonisation.

The GFP consists of Abri, Anchor, The Home Group, The Hyde Group and Sanctuary Housing. The collaboration of these 5 non-profit Housing Associations was set up in order to deliver decarbonisation and all related elements at scale, assisting in the facilitation of retrofit measures across the country. Bringing their combined stock of over 300,000 homes closer to achieving their net zero targets.

The framework allows procurement of all aspects of the retrofit process from assessment and coordination through to delivery of the project. It has been designed with flexibility in mind to enable organisations to deliver a full range of retrofit works through a one-stop shop solution.

Low Carbon Exchange have been successful in gaining a place on lots for construction works in the following areas:

    • The Midlands & Mid Wales
    • SouthWest England & South Wales
    • The South and East of England
    • London

With our business being focused around delivering both energy efficiency retrofit and renewables maintenance solely to local authorities and housing associations, we can now assist the 5 members in delivering across their areas of operation.

Jessica John, Director of Framework Partnerships at Pretium Frameworks said: “We’re delighted to be launching this much-needed new framework for the delivery of decarbonisation works and services, which provides the perfect vehicle for supporting the housing sector to tackle the sustainability challenge and meet Government targets.”

This is open to all Housing associations looking for a compliant route to procure retrofit works, so please contact our Business Development & Sales Departments on 0117 3591410 or simon.spencer@lowcarbonexchange.com to discuss an introduction to the Pretium teams.
